Processing & Shipping Times

Every item we offer is made to order. To maintain quality and variety, we keep a limited inventory in stock. If your items are available at the time of your order, they will ship within 3-5 business days.

  • Turnaround Time (TAT): Up to 8-10 business days

    • Business day one begins the day after your order date.
    • Orders that are placed on Saturday or Sunday - Monday will be business day 1 .
    • We always strive to ship orders sooner when possible!

 

  • Pre-Orders: 

    • When a pre-order is listed, we’ll provide a cutoff date to order and when the order will be expected to ship.
    • You will receive tracking once your order has shipped.

  • We typically ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on weight and packaging needs.
  • Tracking information will be updated in your account once your order has shipped.

Shipping Policy for Synclogic Customers:

At ATTA TOOD®, we make drop shipping seamless for our Synclogic retailers. When a customer places an order for one of our products on your website, the order is automatically sent to us for fulfillment. We’ll carefully pack and ship the item directly to your customer in an unbranded polymailer—keeping the experience consistent with your brand.

Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 7 business days.  Please make sure your TAT on your website reflects our TAT or later.
  • We ship via USPS or UPS.
  • Tracking information will be provided so you can keep your customers informed.

Branded & Unbranded Apparel

We offer both branded and unbranded apparel, and you’ll see this clearly noted on our product listings. Not every piece carries the ATTA TOOD® brand mark — this gives you the flexibility to choose what best fits your customers. Whether it’s labeled with “Love your ATTA TOOD®,” or left completely unbranded, the same quality, comfort, and attention to detail are guaranteed.

All orders ship in unbranded polymailers with no ATTA TOOD® markings or invoices, so your customers receive a smooth, brand-consistent experience.

Returns & Issues

As the retailer, you are responsible for your store's return policy. If an item arrives to your customer damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery, so we can assist with a resolution.
