Photography and AI Image Disclosure

ATTA TOOD uses a combination of traditional photography, digitally created imagery, and artificial intelligence-assisted images throughout our website, product listings, advertisements, emails, social media, and wholesale marketing materials.

Garment References

We use photographs of actual garments, manufacturer-provided garment images, fabric references, and color references when creating certain AI-assisted model photographs, lifestyle scenes, product mockups, and flat-lay images.

Our goal is to represent each garment’s color, texture, style, fit, and overall appearance as closely as reasonably possible. However, AI-assisted images and digital mockups are visual representations and may not reproduce every garment detail exactly.

Color and Appearance

Actual product colors may vary slightly because of:

• Screen and monitor settings

• Lighting conditions

• Photography and image editing

• Artificial intelligence image generation

• Fabric dye lots

• Garment-dyeing and manufacturing variations

• Differences between garment styles and sizes

Garment-dyed products, including certain Comfort Colors® items, may naturally have slight variations in shade and finish.

Product Graphics

Some product images may display digitally placed artwork or simulated garment printing. The size, color, placement, and proportions of the finished printed design may vary slightly based on the garment size, design dimensions, production requirements, and normal printing tolerances.

AI-assisted images are used for presentation and marketing purposes. They are not intended to misrepresent the product being offered. Product titles, descriptions, garment specifications, size charts, and available color selections should be reviewed before ordering.
