Return / Defective / Damaged Policy

Thank you for choosing ATTA TOOD®! We know you have many wholesale vendors to choose from, and we’re grateful to be one of them. Our top priority is providing you with excellent customer service and amazing apparel, so you keep coming back!

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of made to order custom-printed apparel, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please follow the steps below so we can make it right.

Out-of-Stock Policy

We offer a wide range of t-shirt and sweatshirt colors, and because of this variety, we keep a limited stock of each. If a specific color or style is out of stock—either with us or our blank supplier—we’ll replace it with a comparable brand or color to ensure you receive your order on time.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 3 days if you receive:
✅ A defective or damaged item
✅ The wrong item

We try our best to catch any defective or damaged items before shipping, but occasionally, something might slip past us. If this happens, we will offer a replacement or refund based on your preference.

📩 To request a replacement or refund:

  1. Email info@attatoodwholesale.com within 5 days of receiving your shipment.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s).

Replacement Policy

  • We will expedite your replacement as quickly as possible, depending on stock availability.  If for any reason we or our suppliers do not have the stock immediately available we will issue you a refund.
  • You’ll receive updates on your order status.

Refund Policy

  • Once we receive, inspect, and approve the return, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
  • Please note: Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Small Damages? No Need to Return!

If one or two items arrive damaged, there’s no need to send them back. Feel free to donate them to your local charity!
