Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy (with ATTA TOOD®)

At ATTA TOOD®, we want you to love what shows up at your door. If something arrives damaged, has a manufacturing error, or the wrong item slips through (it happens—we’re human), we’ll make it right. Here’s how we handle it:

Orders from Our Pennsylvania Warehouse

What’s covered: Damaged items, manufacturing errors, or wrong items received.
How to report it:

  • Email info@attatood.com within 7 business days of delivery.
  • Include photos of the issue plus your name, order #, and email so we can find you fast.

What happens next:

  • Once approved, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.
  • If the exact item is out of stock, we’ll offer a comparable replacement, store credit, or a full refund.
  • No need to mail back the damaged item—keep it. (We don’t want it either!)

Cancellations (Warehouse / RTS items only):

  • You can cancel within 24 hours of placing the order on Ready-To-Ship items.
  • We move quickly (often shipping in 1–3 business days), so please reach out ASAP.
  • Once an order has shipped, it can’t be canceled.

Orders from Production Partners (Gifts & Custom Items)

Some gifts and customizations ship directly from our production partners (East or West Coast).

  • These orders are processed immediately and cannot be canceled once placed.
  • If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, email info@attatood.com within 3 business days of delivery with photos.
  • After approval, our partner will ship a replacement.
  • No returns needed for damaged items from partners.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom/personalized items
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards

Ordering the wrong size isn’t considered “damaged” (you know that 😉). If you’re unsure, reach out before ordering and we’ll help you pick the right fit.

Refunds

  • We’ll email you once your issue is reviewed and let you know if a refund is approved.
  • Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Your bank or card provider may need extra time to post it.
  • If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, email info@attatood.com and we’ll check on it.
